1. Contact enquiries
The form collects your name, email address, telephone number and optional description so your enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Do not include passwords, wallet keys, identity documents or complete financial records.
2. Service context and privacy contact
This website concerns services by independent lawyers at Hupkes c.s. advocaten. The responsible lawyer or practice for a legal engagement is identified separately. The organisational foundation does not itself provide legal services.

3. Delivery and recipients
Submitted enquiries pass through the website server to a Google Sheets intake register using Google Apps Script. The record includes the submission time and source page as well as the details you enter. People authorised to handle intake may access it to respond to your enquiry. No newsletter subscription is created.
The form does not send its contents to advertising or analytics services. Data are not placed in page addresses or saved in browser local storage.
4. Necessary website storage
A temporary, HTTP-only session cookie supports form security, duplicate-submission protection and receipt confirmation. Session records contain security tokens and submission status, not the submitted message or contact fields. Cookie preferences are stored separately under veldmere-consent-v1 for up to 180 days.
5. Your choices
You may contact the office directly instead of using the form. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. No advertising or analytics tags are currently connected.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. Contact the privacy address above. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
7. Legal work
